This is my second Sunbeam 5891, there was nothing wrong with the first only through continuous use. The manufacturer is "Basic" settings for GF bread, but unfortunately, the use must GF flour one cycle of ascent and then install the machine bread GF so popular (not in my budget). Here is how to cook gluten-free bread with perfect Sunbeam 5891:
This makes great bread (we use the whole wheat recipe) but the 3rd time I used it, I heard a crash. The machine had walked off our marble counter, pulled out of the outlet, and crashed on the floor breaking the lid completely. Amazon backed up the product and I have another arriving tomorrow (only ONE day without a machine - amazing). But be forewarned, the machine kneads so vigorously that it may “travel.” I’m going to put sticky tack under the legs and turn it toward the wall, especially when we do the delay setting for overnight baking. I still wanted this same machine. Easy and inexpensive.
Initally bought an Oster breadmaker on a Black Friday special but had to return it because of collapsing loaves of bread by the end of baking. Got this one since we liked the idea of baking bread at home. What a difference. Have made multiple loaves of bread from the included recipe book and they have all turned out perfect. Love the feature to remove the paddle although it works fine if you do not since we make many loaves on the delay timer so we have fresh bread in the morning. The machine looks and feels sturdy. would highly recomend this to anybody looking for a solid breadmaker
This is my second bread machine, the first of which was more than disappointing Morphy Richards. I have read comments about the perpetrators of bread, sometimes small and wanted to live in a very small space. I live in England, and if I have a small Zo did not know that was a different voltage (how stupid can someone be!) When he came by post after a long wait seemed acquired, I was pleased Connect output in the United Kingdom replied otherwise I would have burned! So I was looking forBought a voltage converter and sell the device that is better and cheaper than the reduction of the transformer. However, only few works like a charm Zo, do not disappoint, so that the bread is always perfect. I do not know if I'm the only buyer of this gem of English, but after all the money I paid for this, customs, tax and transformer, but I can say that its worth every penny of it dream of a bakery and I use every day!
With Linda Rehberg & LoisConway's books, even if you are a beginner in the whole bread, you'll never be disappointed.
