Since my bread made from the beginning of many years, I resisted even thinking about the bread machine. I bought a great deal for the price. Two days after receiving the machine, and "The Bread Machine Cookbook" German (which I recommend as well), I have three recipes: onion cheese, gingerbread and Stollen - Each loaf perfect result. Absolutely no problem whatsoever! I read the opinions of buyers for other bread machines, that bothered me, but none of themComplaints disturbed my bread results. It preformed exactly as promised, it was easy to clean, and the bread was delicious, although I share the recipe for my taste (in bold the first time users changed clothes). I mean my washing machine in laundry, no proposal, monitor mixing and kneading period (pounds recommended) and made it to the end. The only disappointment for me is the lack of traditional forms of bread and I will use my machine "stop after" Form and method of mixingMy own oven for baking when I have time. I hate to admit it, the car is good as I am the bread. Onity
